Bernd Lobach, the editor and curator, contributes an essay, "Postage stamps as a medium for artists' creative messages" that explains the rational and traces the history of the stamp art movement from Robert Watts' fluxus stamps. Pages 7 to 198 all are rubberstamped by hand from the original artist's rubberstamp; these pages were made from over 800 rubberstamps that were contributed to this exhibition. The neologism contributed by Michel Glasmeier is a single rubberstamped word, "Armerika." This book is a dairy of Held and Gaglione's (The Fake Picabia Bros.) tour of Europe from May 1-11, 1995. It also includes photocopied examples of the rubberstamp art of Michel Hosszu, Daniel Daligand, Guy Bleus, Rod Sommers and Ruud Janssen.
