Through a JVM-paid subscription to an online searchable data-base, I was able to find several references to Dr. E. F. Lindquist, the founder of ITP, MRC, the co-founder of ACT, and the President of MRC when it was acquired by Westinghouse Learning Corporation in June 1968.
