Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Holly Wilson Greene papers date from 1970 to 2022 and measure 15 linear inches in four boxes. The papers are arranged in five series: Biographical Information, Publications, Awards and Accolades, Photographs, and Artifacts. The Publications Series consists of two subseries: Athletic Training and United States Navy.The Biographical Information (1981-2022) series includes her careers, as well as speeches and talks she gave. The Publications (1980-2003) series contains a wide range of Greene’s professional writing throughout her careers as an athletic trainer and Navy reservist. Notable works include her dissertation and a chapter she wrote for a women’s sports medicine book, several newsletters and articles on common injuries and treatments, athletic training education, and women’s sports.
