Scope and Contents
This book recounts the story of Mother Goose in calligraphic text and stylized images. The pages consist of transparent thick plexiglas bound with layers of string to form a free-standing sculptural object. Elise Asher, who was the wife of Stanley Kunitz the poet, died at age 92 years in March 2004 -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
