Scope and Contents
Commissioned for "The Beauty In Breathing' exhibition. The theme of this work which depicts anatomic illustrations of the lungs, a pack of cigarettes and musical instruments, relates to smoking and its adverse effects on creating music. The box containing the assemblage is collaged with German words having different size typefaces but no specific meaning when read linearly; this is a typical Trinkewitz presentation. The verso contains collaged elements. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
