Howard Smagula is an artist born in 1942 who wrote a book entitled "Creative Drawing" (2002). There is no mention of this book on the internet nor its date or tirage. It consists of a banal story in large single colored letters on each broadside. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
