Scope and Contents
Subtitled "Three Decades of Citizen's Arrests," Kostelanetz has collected selected political essays written in the last three decades and organized them into two sections; Culture including In Darkest Fulbright, The Copyright Czar, Contemporary Scams and Cultural Funding including National Endowment for the Inhumanities, The King and Queen of Literary Grants, Ripping Off the Heritage Foundation.
