Scope and Contents Each page has been treated by routing out all the text horizontally with a rotating tool such that the cancellation process takes place word by word. This process is imperfect so that some of letters and fragments of words still remain. The spine of the book has been deliberately cracked to allow the book to be displayed in its opened state.
