Scope and Contents The title and artist's name are handwritten backwards (mirror writing) formed as a negative from a painted base on the covers of the portfolio. The mirrored, thickened and obscured handwritten words of the prints appears to have been done as an erasure or frottage. This work by Wally Depew was designed by Linda Depew and issued in 26 lettered copies. The letter assignation was done on a post-it on the verso of the folder as well as on the colophon. The colored paper assemblage was inserted into the junction for the fastening of the paper folder. Depew designated the works in this series as Artist's Photobooks.
