Scope and Contents This book was composed and introduced by Wilfried Wynants. It is a collection of all of Van Essche's literary and poetic works in chronologic order. Book 1 consists of Part I: Collected verses from the years 1941, '42, '43 and '44. Part II: Collected poems 1950-1960. Part III: Poems published in magazines for Labris. Part: IV: publications of combined poems. Part V.: collected poems published after 1957. Part VI. Unpublished poems after 1962. Book 2 consists of Part VII: Poems published in LABRIS 1962-1973. This book was composed and introduced by Wilfried Wynants and is a continuation of the collection of all of van Escche's literary and poetic work in chronologic order. Its first section consists of Van Essche's "typed artpoe" to the four numbers of the first year (1962) of the "Labris" periodical. Scope and Contents From the Internet: Recognized as one of the most influential theater designers in the world, Jaroslav Malina is a pioneer of "action design," using non-traditional materials and techniques to transform the stage. In an exhibition in 2009, more than 65 works of art including his lyrical, layered paintings along with set-design models and posters from the mid-1960s to the present were present. Born in Prague in 1937, Malina studied at Charles University and the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He has served as a faculty member at universities in the United States, Japan, Finland and Great Britain, and as the general commissioner of the Prague Quadrennial (International Theatre Design and Architecture Exposition). In recent years his designs for operas have been staged in Germany and Italy.
