Op-Art print consisting of two parts: a paper image with an intricate geometric pattern printed in black on white, and another sheet of clear vinyl with the same image printed in white so that moving the vinyl over the paper creates endless variations as well as a Moire effect. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

This book reproduces Gappmayr's (7 October 1925; Innsbruck -- 20 April 2010); Innsbruck) poems and reprints his theoretical texts that deal with definitions of traditional (conventional), concrete and visual poetry. Gappmayr uses the term "visual poetry" to also signify "concrete poetry" where only language without images is present. The book also includes photographs of installations of his work in public places. Paris-Moscow was one of four major exhibitions curated and designed by the Pompidou Centre dealing with the art connections in Paris and between Paris and three other major cities in the first third of the 20th century. The other exhibitions were Paris-Berlin, Paris-New York and Paris-Paris.
