Pad / Zultanski, Steven., 2010

Scope and Contents Amazon.com: PAD is a catalog of the author's attempt to lift each and every item in his apartment with his dick. Nothing is spared his strength"”from the furniture to the walls, from the coins in the coin jar to the cards in the card decks. It is a parody of masculinity, a cheap joke, and a precise spatial mapping of an intimate space using the imprecise coordinates of a physical body. The poem serves as a voyeuristic window into the private life of one man via his private property. The exhibitionism is twofold: upon reading this book you will know how strong his dick is (sort of) and exactly which commodities from the proceedings of his daily life, though the drama of those proceedings remains absent. The dick, in its new omnipresence, is de-eroticized. Nothing could be less sexy than a dick that doesn't go away, that is never hidden, and that turns up in every place you look, even the garbage can. The filth and The Fury / Sex Pistols., 2000

 Item
Identifier: CC-50650-71724
Scope and Contents

This book is the companion to the documentary film of the same title. The Sex Pistols burst onto the music scene in 1976 and smashed up everything they touched. Their revolutionary sound energized disaffected youth worldwide while their larger-than-life singer, John Lydon (aka Johnny Rotten), and bass player, Sid Vicious, captured headlines throughout the Pistols' twenty-six-month reign as the lads who created punk. For the first time, John Lydon, Paul Cook, Glen Matlock, Steve Jones, and Sid Vicious tell their story together in their own words through new interviews and archival material. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

The Fugs Second Album / Edward Sanders., 1994

 Item
Identifier: CC-55039-998892
Scope and Contents

Amazon.com customer: The second album by the Fugs is a marked improvement over their first album. The playing is tighter and the executions are a bit more polished (God forbid!!) "Dirty Old Man", "Kill For Peace" and "Doin' All Right" are hilarious songs. Here is an example: "I'm not ever gonna go to Vietnam. I prefer to stay right here and screw your mom." The Fugs also prove that they can rock out with abandon such as "Frenzy" and "Group Grope". This CD gets no points for sound quality though. Be prepared for relatively low fidelity. The lyrical content contains the same sexual innuendos and profanity as the first album. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
