The duplicate copy has a perforated cover but not the folded pages within this issue. The poster provides a history of the periodical from Intervention to Inter. It recounts that the first six issues were published as an underground magazine without subsidies of any kind. Beginning with the eighth issue, Intervention highlighted artistic activities outside of Quebec. From the 24th to 38th issue, the name of the magazine changed to Inter and an attempt was made to make the magzine and its cover design an art object.. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

Hubaut's painting "Cote Ouest" from 1983 depicted on page 144 is held by the Sackner Archive.It was exhibitied at the Bass Maueum in Miami Beach and at the Frost Museum in Miami in 2012.
