This book was published to commemorate the United Nations' Fourth World Conference on Women held in Beijing in 1995. All submissions from women around the world were accepted for the project that was a joint venture with SOS Int'l. Kahn places a short caption on the header of each page that sorts the pages into sequential alphabetical content to simulate pages of an encyclopedia, e.g., COOL IDEA, COTIDIANIDAD, COUPON, COUPS, etc. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
