Scope and Contents This book was composed and introduced by Wilfried Wynants. It is a collection of all of Van Essche's literary and poetic works in chronologic order. Book 1 consists of Part I: Collected verses from the years 1941, '42, '43 and '44. Part II: Collected poems 1950-1960. Part III: Poems published in magazines for Labris. Part: IV: publications of combined poems. Part V.: collected poems published after 1957. Part VI. Unpublished poems after 1962. Book 2 consists of Part VII: Poems published in LABRIS 1962-1973. Part VIII: poems published in KOKO 1975-1979. Part IX: poems published in BUITENBEENS. Part X: poems published in TEMPUS FUGIT 1985-2000. Part X: CD-ROM - selection of works known more than 1250From 1941 to 1960, he composed solely conventional poems.
