Scope and Contents This card, folded with the shape of an arrow, marks the second anniversary of Strathclyde region's tax collectors on Finlay's Garden Temple. The caption printed boldly in red along an inner fold, reads, "Every Goal Negates. Ludwig Feuerbach."
