The book represents a man's body with a white, plastic spiral spine, a face and hair made of cut, smaller spiral spine material, a heart shaped heart printed with "je t'aime," and appropriately shaped booklets for the arms, abdomen, legs and penis. Each facing page has the words, "Tock Tick" in the upper outer corners and "Dong Ding" in the lower inner corners. The Center of each page consists of a single word surrounded by a rectangle of closely packed printing ornaments.
