#12 St. James Catholic Church here is being torn down now to make way for a new modern church, costing about $250,000, which will be erected on the same site.; #13 Mayor L.M. Eicher signed a proclamation at City Hall here recently for the third annual observance of Law Day in Washington. Standing beside Eicher as he signs the proclamation is local attorney Everett Meeker.
