Unusual construction with a woven bamboo(?), grass, or rattan top, but I have seen a number of these for sale. I made the two-part upright support that has a shoe that fits into a hole in the base. Reed rings supported by tied linen threads. Treated with linseed oil. Unlike most Odawara chochin which must be suspended, this and #33 are free standing.
