The edition consisted of 10 copies boxed with a tape cassette and a loose portfolio from the book that was painted by Kern and signed. 100 copies were boxed with a tape, a loose portfolio and signed in book (current copy). 400 copies were boxed with a tape. 250 copies were available in book form only.
