The drawing is dominated by the listing of four silkscreened words listed from top to bottom, viz., Norther, Easter, Wester and Souther. Wide colored lines in a meandering fashion like unwound, tangled tape from a casette cross, encircle and go under the four directional words. The caption below these words reads, Regional News: one line the shortest distance between two points bing the prettiest. This drawing was rejected for the cover design by Hansjorg Mayer because it was too complcated for a book cover. The main caption of this anti-police state drawing, printed in large blue, eraser stamped letters reads, "Rodney King Resists Arrest." Roman/Britain Road Sign / Moore, A. Doyle., 1974
A bright red, triangular shape frames a black erect penis with scrotum. This print relates in layout to "The Erik Satie Road-sign, second version" made by Furnival and Moore, a print also held by the Sackner Archive.
