Each page has been cut to four horizontal segments. A single word, white in color, has been cast into the white background of the page. A mesostic is formed from the middle letters of these four words. Reading down the center of the cover is the word alto which is the second part of the street name for the Sackner Archive. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
